What to Expect

We want you to feel right at home here at Hope of Israel Congregation; this is a house of prayer for all people! Some of our jargon may be new or different to you and we don't want it to be a distraction. An information packet is available for all guests to help you understand why and how our services may be different from what you're used to, as well as to explain some of the Hebrew we typically use.

Our main service starts at 10:30AM and lasts for about ninety minutes. Please stick around after the service and join us for bagels, coffee and fellowship on us!

For Your Kids

We truly believe there is no greater ministry than to the future leaders of our world, and it's our joy to provide age-specific lessons that are fun and interactive for your children. At Hope of Israel Congregation, we have a team of over 50 volunteers who provide children's classes at 9:30 and 11:00 every Shabbat, at 7:00 for all Tuesday evening classes, and for all High Holy Day services throughout the year.

Our children's ministry team also provides an annual Purim carnival, Hannukah play, Summer Bible Shul, as well as Bar/Bat Mitzvah training.

What Do I Wear?

At Hope of Israel you'll find business casual, jeans, skirts and the like. Please feel free to come in the attire that you find comfortable and respectful.

Your First Visit

When you arrive at the main doors of the building, greeters will be available to welcome you to our congregation. Please let them know it is your first time visiting and they will be more than happy to direct you to the Sanctuary, or any of the classrooms, as well as answer any questions you may have.
